An exciting opportunity exists for a talented, passionate & driven Draftsperson to join the drafting team within our Hunter Office, located in Thornton.

The Position

The role of Draftsperson is responsible for:-

  • Production of D.A. submission drawings;
  • Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council D.C.P’s;
  • Preparation of construction level drawings including necessary variations;
  • Liaising with supervisors, suppliers and sub-contractors and
  • Abiding by company processes and systems.

Applicants Key Assets

You will have at least 3 – 5 years previous experience in drafting working on residential construction projects.  An ability to work in a team environment and interpret drawings is crucial as is your exceptional eye for detail, excellent customer service and your strong and effective communication skills.

You must be a competent draftsperson who is proficient in ArchiCAD.  Ability to interpret and apply Development Control Plans and the NSW Complying Development Code would be looked upon favourably.
