New Orleans | Project Manager for Adamick Architecture

Adamick Architecture is looking for a project manager to complement our team and contribute to the continued success of our firm.

Role: Project Manager

We are searching for a candidate who is personable enough to work in a team environment, is highly organized, is self-motivated and is able to work on tasks with minimal supervision. We prefer a candidate with 4-8 years of professional experience, but we are willing to work with the right individual. Our ideal hire would be able to manage the following roles and responsibilities:

– Assist in managing multiple projects under supervision of the principal architect

– Communicate with clients, contractors, and city and state agencies – Participate in client meetings

– Assist in all aspects of architectural design – Produce construction documents

– Redline and review drawing sets

– Strong knowledge or NFPA and IBC/IRC Codes – Measure and document existing conditions

– Assist in creation of schedule of values and AIA contracts

– Firm understanding of budgeting in New Orleans market

– Contract Administration QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from NAAB accredited school

  • Strong organizational and time management skills Strong oral and written communication skills
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Sketchup
