Penthouse GI is a beautiful apartment located in Bastia Umbra, Italy, designed by Menichetti+Caldarelli.
On the penthouse floor of a newly constructed building the project for a family, the space characterized by large windows was designed so as to have continuity between exterior and interior, where sinuous lines, natural marbles and pantographed boiseriè would give the home a character of elegance but not too sophisticated.
The surface and volume was designed in a perimeter way, so as to free the central living space to the maximum, the TV concealed in the cabinet is an example of this compositional idea that then becomes the soul of the project.
The swimming pool and outdoor spaces connote the idea of vacation even in everyday life, the small field in the roof vertically closes the project.
